IT’S the ultimate rock star mansion and it can be yours for just $US13.5 million.

Beverly Hills estate agent Brooke Kaufman has a property at 513 Doheny Rd on her books, current owner, one Christina Aguilera.

Aguilera bought the house – also once the residence of the Osbourne family – back in 2008 for $US11.5 million.

It was on the market around this time last year, but failed to sell.

Now estate agents have released photos of the interior in an attempt to revive interest in the luxurious pad.

Featuring six bedrooms, a salon,a gift-wrapping room, movie room and several pinball machines, the Gothic-slash-burlesque mansion is clearly more Lady Marmalade than Mickey Mouse:

With more than 50 million album sales to date, Aguilera is one of the most successful solo recording artists of all time.

Things weren’t going so well for her last year, however. She first put the mansion on the market after her divorce from Jordan Bratman and a week after she was arrested for public intoxication.

Aguilera’s reportedly signed a $10m deal to be a judge on the third series of The Voice, and probably keen to get a downpayment on a new pad asap.
