She has recently been seen in an array of casual flesh-revealing outfits, consisting of studded mini shorts and slogan emblazoned crop tops.

But Rihanna showed a more girly side this evening as she slipped into a bold pink ballgown to attend the Time 100 Gala celebrating TIME’S 100 Most Influential People In The World in New York.

The 24-year-old made the magazine’s 2012 list, alongside the likes of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Warren Buffett, Duchess of Cambridge, Pippa Middleton, Tim Tebow, Jeremy Lin and Matt Lauer.

The attire was an unusual choice for the 24-year-old singer, who is usually showing off her curves every chance she gets.

Joining Rihanna at the event was comedian Kristen Wigg, who also made the annual list.

The Bridesmaids star looked gorgeous in a lace jumpsuit and a pair of strappy heels.

Meanwhile, Tilda Swinton also went for an all-in-one look, but opted to go conservative in a white tuxedo style.

While the outfit could have looked a bit severe on the quirky British actress, the 51-year-old was elegant in the attire.

outing comes as her former lover Chris Brown’s girlfriend Karrueche
Tran showed just how close the couple are as she posted a photo online
of the pair passionately kissing last night.

The pair romantically locked lips in front of a romantic sunset on the beach in Australia.

And if their feelings weren’t obvious enough, Chris’ lover added the words: ‘Head over heels’ alongside the image.

The singer is thought to have filmed two episodes earlier this year and is due to return next month.
