Justin Bieber appeared on a balcony at the Hotel Copacabana Palace and sang to his fans before heading out to his show in Brazil. Bieber held up a Brazilian flag and blew kisses to all his fans standing outside of his hotel. (Pacific Coast News)more pics

Justin Bieber must really love his fans in Brazil. Not only did the pop phenom serenade a crowd of fans gathered around the Hotel Copacabana Palace this week, he also debuted a much-anticipated new single during a concert in Rio. Get jealous, Selena Gomez!

Also in music news, Melanie Chisholm (the artist formerly known as Sporty Spice) says that it was tough chops being a Spice Girl, and she didn’t appreciate all those lesbian rumors. And Lady Gaga may be the new Freddie Mercury. Katy Perry is probably already very jealous.
